TL;DR

Solutions Engineer, Trade Operations (Pre-Sales) (Fintech): Shaping go-to-market and sales initiatives for hirify.global One by articulating value to clients and leading software demonstrations with an accent on trade operations workflows across all asset classes. Focus on conducting client workshops, preparing RFI/RFP responses, and bridging the gap between sales and implementation teams.

Location: Hybrid (New York). Must be based in New York and attend the office 2x/week

Salary: $160,000 - 190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Trade Operations workflows, including reconciliation, matching, settlement, and accounting.
  • Lead and facilitate hirify.global One software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for prospective clients.
  • Analyze client technology systems to identify opportunities for additional functionality and licensing.
  • Prepare detailed responses to prospective client RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
  • Coordinate detailed knowledge transfer from the sales process to the implementation team.
  • Provide feedback to the product team regarding market trends and evolving client requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience within the Financial Services Industry with exposure to middle and back office functions.
  • Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle flows, particularly post-execution processes.
  • Practical experience with hirify.global One is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Must be located in New York to comply with the hybrid office policy (2x/week).
