What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing within the 200-500 employee segment.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers to drive new business opportunities.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and commercial conversations.
- Proactively generate pipeline through outbound activities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and through partner engagement.
Requirements
- Proven closing experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS environment.
- Track record of closing deals valued at $50,000+ for organizations with 300+ employees.
- Proficiency in MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
- Strong hunter mentality with a natural ability for pipeline generation.
- Experience in the HR-tech domain is highly regarded.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
