Salary: $105,000–$135,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute data-backed paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Manage large-scale campaign lifecycles including planning, setup, trafficking, and optimization.
  • Forecast performance and spend to support client planning and investment proposals.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to align paid media recommendations with broader business objectives.
  • Build and maintain paid social playbooks and workflows to improve execution quality.
  • Analyze campaign results to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on paid social media experience in an agency environment.
  • Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Fluency in major ad platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills using GA4 and Excel for forecasting and reporting.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience with influencer-driven or creator-led paid campaigns is a strong asset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global Influence or comparable influencer marketing platforms.
  • Relevant certifications such as Meta Blueprint or Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
