Salary: $179,000 – $211,000

What you will do

• Own and deliver backend engineering work across AI and Agentic initiatives.
• Architect and implement scalable backend systems using Java and/or Kotlin for an enterprise client base.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentorship to offshore direct reports.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, product, and healthcare to define and prioritize scope.
• Help shape and continuously improve overall Engineering team operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with strong command of Java, Kotlin, or other similar languages.
• Demonstrated experience as a lead-level IC owning significant technical scope while guiding others.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Princeton, NJ office (Hybrid schedule).
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver against business priorities.
• Experience with or interest in managing remote and/or offshore engineers across different time zones.
