Requirements

• 3–6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend or full-stack engineering background.
• Experience building, owning, and operating production systems.
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems, real-time infrastructure, or voice technologies.
