Location: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site) in New York, NY or Princeton, NJ
Salary: $105,000 – $137,000

What you will do
- Own the strategy, direction, and quality of bottom-of-funnel performance creative across paid social and digital channels.
- Lead creative development from brief to final production, managing designers, agencies, and AI workflows.
- Manage and develop a junior Creative Strategist to ensure successful evergreen content execution.
- Partner with media buyers and growth teams to inform creative testing and optimize for performance.
- Introduce processes and frameworks to improve creative efficiency, iteration speed, and output quality.
- Monitor direct response creative trends and competitive strategies to keep the brand ahead.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of total experience, with 3–5+ years specifically in creative strategy or performance creative.
- Proven track record developing direct response ads and UGC across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience managing designers and external creative agencies.
- Strong brief-writing skills and ability to translate business objectives into creative direction.
- Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Princeton, NJ.
- Experience at a DTC, digital-first, or high-growth startup brand is strongly preferred.
