What you will do

• Lead high-tempo creative strategy and direction for full-funnel ad programs on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon.
• Develop expert concepts, directions, and briefs to drive product sales through short-form video.
• Translate performance data (thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR) into actionable creative iterations.
• Brief and lead Designers and Editors to execute assets including statics, animations, and UGC content.
• Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with clear strategic rationale.
• Establish systems and testing frameworks to increase the volume of performance creative without losing quality.

Requirements

• Must be operating in the EST Time Zone.
• 2+ years in a Director-level leadership role managing creative strategy and performance marketing results.
• 4+ years of experience in performance ad programs, specifically focused on short-form video and statics.
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components) and Adobe Creative Suite to polish assets.
• Proven experience shipping ads using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, or Runway.
• English: C1+ required for professional client presentation and communication.
