What you will do

• Elaborate system capabilities, features, and interfaces while defining validation and verification strategies.
• Analyze system functionality and create comprehensive use cases.
• Support integration and testing by automating procedures and performing technical analysis.
• Identify and resolve system anomalies during hardware and software integration.
• Manage program backlogs, capacity, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation.
• Collaborate with program management to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and US Citizenship required.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle, ConOps development, and functional analysis.
• Proven development experience on government contracts.
• Proficiency in Agile principles and practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with MBSE tools like Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS.
• Familiarity with test automation tools like Cucumber or Gherkin.
• Experience with Agile tools including Jira and Confluence.
