What you will do

• Lead and oversee complex initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with clients to define business objectives, success criteria, and overall project strategy.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI-driven transformation, including the use of Generative and Agentic AI.
• Mentor and coach team members while tracking KPIs and conducting post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Must be local to Edmonton and the surrounding area.
• 7-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex, enterprise-wide projects.
• Mandatory experience in Consulting, Utilities, IT, or Oil & Gas.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven track record of influencing large, diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Change Management and OCM best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Experience in navigating multi-dimensional business and technology environments with incomplete information.
