Manager, Patient Care Coordination (Medtech): Leading and developing the Patient Care Coordination team to provide exceptional support for daily care operations with an accent on quality oversight, clinical support coordination, and operational efficiency. Focus on managing patient escalations, optimizing team KPIs, and ensuring compliance within a fast-paced telehealth environment.

Location: Must be located anywhere in the USA. Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting no earlier than 10:00 AM EST / 7:00 AM PST.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Patient Care Coordinators, providing coaching, training, and annual performance evaluations.
  • Oversee quality of patient interactions and ensure consistency in communication and process adherence.
  • Manage and resolve complex patient escalations related to prescriptions, billing, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate essential medical assisting tasks, including lab orders, medical records, and prescription refills.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure timely message responses and task completion.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional projects with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
  • Active Medical Assistant Certificate.
  • Experience leading teams in a digital health or telehealth environment.
  • Proficiency in Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule starting no earlier than 10:00 AM EST / 7:00 AM PST.
