What you will do

• Execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Build, coach, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, and training.

• Conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure alignment with company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or service industries.
• Proven proficiency in high-volume retail management with P&L accountability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and strong team leadership skills.
