What you will do

• Supervise daily operations of Park Services team members to maintain facility cleanliness standards.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing performance feedback and administering reviews.
• Lead workforce planning, employee recognition programs, and satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and serve as the EHS Safety Team representative.
• Manage operations within established budgets to maintain financial targets.
• Collaborate with HR and Labor Relations to manage collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of operations management or team leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of theme park operations.
• Experience managing teams in a union environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
