TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (AI/HealthTech): Managing end-to-end strategic relationships with enterprise and mid-market dental customers with an accent on AI adoption and commercial success. Focus on driving net retention, closing expansion deals, and architecting long-term strategies for C-suite stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (New York City) or Remote (Must be authorized to work in the US)

Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 base + $35,000 – $45,000 commission

What you will do

  • Own C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, leading QBRs and ROI analyses.
  • Drive retention and expansion by identifying risk and closing new revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the full expansion sales cycle to consistently achieve and exceed quotas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and practice activation.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on AI and workflow transformation for large DSOs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale customer management or sales within AI, health tech, or SaaS.
  • 3+ years of proven success managing and selling technology to enterprise customers.
  • Track record of consistently achieving and over-achieving 100%+ sales quotas.
  • Experience navigating complex renewal negotiations and tracking net retention scores.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
  • Strong ability to lead high-stakes executive discussions with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or regulated environments.
  • Background in high-growth or startup environments.
