Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 annually (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Own revenue responsibilities for the fully and self-insured market, focusing on the 50-500 life segment.
- Expand and manage existing fully insured broker partnerships.
- Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking the sales and partnership pipeline.
- Communicate and present value propositions to external stakeholders within the partnership ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role.
- Valid US work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship available).
- Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate with intense urgency and individual accountability in a startup environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for external stakeholder management.
