What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of product implementations, from creating project charters to final go-live.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate internal and third-party resources and manage stakeholder communications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and manage issues lists to resolution.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to negotiate objectives and ensure successful productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation.
• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
