What you will do

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with oncology centers, university hospitals, and clinical research networks across Germany.
  • Build relationships with oncology key opinion leaders (KOLs) and treating oncologists to facilitate clinical trial access.
  • Create and negotiate partnership models and agreements that accelerate enrollment while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities in precision oncology and clinical trial technology.
  • Represent the company at major industry conferences, medical symposiums, and partnership events.
  • Collaborate with internal Clinical Operations, Data Science, and Product teams to deliver on partnership commitments.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within healthcare, life sciences, or health tech.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies or healthcare institutions.
  • Deep understanding of the clinical trials ecosystem, including patient recruitment and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in relationship building with C-level executives and senior healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to effectively operate within the German healthcare and regulatory landscape.

Nice to have

  • Experience working at digital health companies, CROs, or pharmaceutical partnership teams.
  • Academic or professional background in oncology or precision medicine.
  • Prior experience in market expansion or regional partnership management.
  • Advanced degree or MBA.
