What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with oncology centers, university hospitals, and clinical research networks across Germany.
- Build relationships with oncology key opinion leaders (KOLs) and treating oncologists to facilitate clinical trial access.
- Create and negotiate partnership models and agreements that accelerate enrollment while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Identify new commercial opportunities in precision oncology and clinical trial technology.
- Represent the company at major industry conferences, medical symposiums, and partnership events.
- Collaborate with internal Clinical Operations, Data Science, and Product teams to deliver on partnership commitments.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within healthcare, life sciences, or health tech.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies or healthcare institutions.
- Deep understanding of the clinical trials ecosystem, including patient recruitment and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Expertise in relationship building with C-level executives and senior healthcare professionals.
- Ability to effectively operate within the German healthcare and regulatory landscape.
Nice to have
- Experience working at digital health companies, CROs, or pharmaceutical partnership teams.
- Academic or professional background in oncology or precision medicine.
- Prior experience in market expansion or regional partnership management.
- Advanced degree or MBA.
