What you will do

• Translate hirify.global platform functionality into quantifiable business value and ROI for high-value customers.
• Drive and embed the use of the platform by ensuring customers can proficiently use it throughout their organization.
• Serve as a trusted commercial and technical advisor to embed solutions into client workflows and change management processes.
• Develop and deliver detailed business cases and ROI metrics through established reporting cadences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams to identify emerging client needs and strategic growth opportunities.
• Design and deliver focused training sessions and workshops aligned with customer goals and workflows.

Requirements

• Significant experience in enterprise account engagement and client strategy, ideally within a large consulting organization.
• Strong technical background with experience in software engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to develop tangible customer value and ROI frameworks mapped to strategic business priorities.
• Proficiency in programming and data integration tools to create tailored solutions.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills for explaining complex topics to stakeholders.
• Must have current and unrestricted working rights in the US; no visa sponsorship is provided.
