What you will do

• Guide customers’ automation strategy by building relationships, advising on governance, and helping set goals for AI-orchestrated processes.
• Discover and deploy high-value use cases by identifying impactful automation opportunities, co-designing implementation patterns, and translating business problems into orchestration strategies.
• Drive customer outcomes by demonstrating ROI and unlocking new value paths through expanded automation usage.
• Collaborate across hirify.global with Sales, Support, Product, and others to deliver a unified customer experience.
• Help scale the methodologies, frameworks, and assets that define automation strategy at hirify.global.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS (customer success, consulting, solutions, enterprise product or similar process and system strategy roles).
• Strategic, customer-centric problem solver, relentlessly focused on outcomes.
• Skilled at discovering what customers actually need and communicating automation value in terms of ROI, efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction.
• Ability to operate across audiences, from executive sponsors to execution teams running sprint-style projects.
• Proficiency in interpreting usage patterns, account signals, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
