Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $340,000 – $400,000 OTE

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an agent workspace for GTM teams to automate sales busywork and scale revenue.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Actively co-sell on complex enterprise deals, including discovery, executive alignment, and negotiations.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue predictability for the enterprise segment.
  • Implement and scale enterprise-specific sales processes, including qualification and trial execution.
  • Hire and onboard top-tier enterprise sellers to support rapid growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership in Product, Marketing, and RevOps to drive GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 7+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience with complex solutions.
  • 3+ years of enterprise-level sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of building teams that consistently outperform quota.
  • Strong experience managing multi-threaded deals and executive-level buyers.
  • Highly analytical with a strong command of pipeline inspection and performance metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to Sales, Revenue, or GTM leaders.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales frameworks like MEDDICC, Sandler, or Challenger.
  • Experience running pilot-based enterprise sales motions.
  • Background in Sales Engagement Platforms, RevTech, or AI-driven SaaS.
