What you will do
- Manage, hire, and mentor a team of Client Executives in strategic hunting environments.
- Drive AI and ecosystem thought leadership to influence product strategy and market positioning.
- Develop effective sales planning measures to ensure team productivity and goal attainment.
- Enforce pricing guidelines and lead complex negotiations with enterprise clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts in alignment with corporate objectives and expense control.
- Leverage financial and product knowledge to maximize license growth and client business benefits.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management or leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of complex software relationship selling and rules-based systems.
- Proficiency in the MEDDPICC selling approach.
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in the US (Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, or Texas).
