What you will do

  • Manage, hire, and mentor a team of Client Executives in strategic hunting environments.
  • Drive AI and ecosystem thought leadership to influence product strategy and market positioning.
  • Develop effective sales planning measures to ensure team productivity and goal attainment.
  • Enforce pricing guidelines and lead complex negotiations with enterprise clients.
  • Coordinate sales efforts in alignment with corporate objectives and expense control.
  • Leverage financial and product knowledge to maximize license growth and client business benefits.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management or leadership.
  • Comprehensive understanding of complex software relationship selling and rules-based systems.
  • Proficiency in the MEDDPICC selling approach.
  • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be based in the US (Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, or Texas).
