Location: Remote (Must be based in the Ohio Valley region, US)

Salary: $200,000 - $2,150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across the Midwest.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to consistently overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through to closing.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and leadership team to develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Mentor and build future sales leaders within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales targets.
  • Experience leading teams that sell through security channel partners.
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and closing large deals with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong background in SaaS sales specifically within cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Proficiency in using the MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Must be based in the Ohio Valley region.

  • Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
