Salary: $200,000 - $2,150,000 USD

What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across the Midwest.
- Develop and execute a business plan to consistently overachieve sales goals.
- Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through to closing.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and leadership team to develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Mentor and build future sales leaders within the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales targets.
- Experience leading teams that sell through security channel partners.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and closing large deals with Fortune 1000 companies.
- Strong background in SaaS sales specifically within cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Proficiency in using the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Must be based in the Ohio Valley region.
