Salary: $360,000 USD OTE ($180,000 base + $180,000 variable)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–10 Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Drive enterprise outbound pipeline generation and execute disciplined deal reviews.
- Manage accurate roll-up forecasting and hold the team accountable to activity goals.
- Actively participate in complex deals to support AEs in opening and closing six-figure contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and leadership to set and achieve OKRs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a frontline enterprise sales manager leading teams of 6–10 AEs.
- Proven track record of selling six-figure contracts into enterprise accounts.
- Expertise in structured qualification frameworks, specifically MEDDIC/MEDDPICCC.
- Technical fluency in developer tools or adjacent technical domains to maintain credibility with engineering buyers.
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects.
