What you will do

• Educate employer clients regarding hirify.global's ICHRA product and services.
• Manage onboarding documentation and facilitate kick-off meetings for client employees.
• Research and resolve escalated client and member issues.
• Provide ongoing guidance and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with internal Care, Implementation, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Assist clients with plan renewals, affordability determinations, and contribution strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Minimum of 3 years of account management or customer service experience.
• Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry, preferably within the ICHRA space.
• Ability to work independently and manage time-critical issues in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
