What you will do

  • Own onboarding and certification to make new hires revenue-ready within two weeks.
  • Manage daily productivity across Decline Recovery, Abandoned Cart, Appointment Setters, and Restock agents.
  • Allocate leads across channels in real time based on volume, priority, and headcount; keep idle time at zero.
  • Run power hours, redirect agents, and maintain live queue performance.
  • Review QA trends and turn them into coaching conversations and script updates.
  • Ensure agents understand FCC and TCPA compliance standards before placing their first call.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in outbound call center operations, including 2+ years managing others remotely.
  • Hands-on experience training remote agents in a scripted or semi-scripted environment.
  • Workforce management experience: live queues, mid-shift lead redistribution, and high utilization.
  • Salesforce and Google Workspace proficiency to pull reports and spot issues early.
  • Working knowledge of TCPA and FCC outbound compliance sufficient to brief a team.
  • VoIP experience (Vonage or equivalent), including call monitoring and coaching; availability during Central Time core business hours (peak Thu–Sat).
