What you will do

  • Lead paid search and paid social strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Manage and optimize six-figure monthly media investments with a focus on CAC and revenue impact.
  • Partner with SEO agencies and internal content teams to execute organic growth strategies.
  • Drive integrated growth campaigns for product launches, webinars, and GTM initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps teams to align messaging and targeting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Deep expertise in managing paid search and social campaigns at scale with large budgets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy and search intent optimization.
  • Proven track record of managing and holding external agencies accountable.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in attribution, lead scoring, and lead routing.
  • Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k, HSA, and FSA benefits).

  • Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or agent-based workflows within growth or paid media programs.
