What you will do

• Build, launch, and manage full-funnel digital media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop audience strategies, perform keyword research, and execute testing roadmaps.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure efficient spend and alignment with client goals.
• Analyze campaign performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPL to uncover the "why" behind metrics.
• Deliver data-driven strategic recommendations and identify new growth opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Deep expertise in running Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience in healthcare or higher education marketing.
• Advanced analytical skills and strong proficiency in Excel.
• Must be located in CT, FL, MN, NJ, NC, OH, or TX.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising (e.g., Trade Desk).
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Microsoft Ads.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
