What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 135-150 client accounts across all paid media channels.
• Drive best-in-class Cost per Acquisition (CPA) through strategic recommendations and optimizations.
• Propose, implement, and document experiments aligned with department OKRs.
• Conduct biweekly performance analysis for Search and Social campaigns and provide detailed notes for Account Managers.
• Execute large-scale account changes, including GA4 implementation and paid search restructuring.
• Monitor client KPIs and stay current with platform algorithm changes and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Paid search experience required; paid social experience preferred.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
• Must be based in the United States.
