What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 135-150 client accounts across all paid media channels.
- Drive best-in-class Cost per Acquisition (CPA) through strategic recommendations and optimizations.
- Propose, implement, and document experiments aligned with department OKRs.
- Conduct biweekly performance analysis for Search and Social campaigns and provide detailed notes for Account Managers.
- Execute large-scale account changes, including GA4 implementation and paid search restructuring.
- Monitor client KPIs and stay current with platform algorithm changes and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Paid search experience required; paid social experience preferred.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Must be based in the United States.
