What you will do

• Design and execute fleet operations training content across multiple departments.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for fleet operations managers.
• Define project requirements, develop implementation plans, and monitor program status.
• Synthesize highly technical instructions into clear, actionable training materials.
• Identify operational roadblocks and coordinate stakeholders to drive resolutions.
• Present regular status reports to leadership teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work under U.S. national security and export control regulations.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, leadership development, or curriculum design.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical information for operational and executive audiences.
• Strong presentation and content creation skills.
• Experience leading multiple projects supporting cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage conflicting objectives under tight deadlines.
