What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of software initiatives, including project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Align cross-functional teams across development, test, DevOps, and field organizations on priorities and risks.
• Coordinate software release planning, track scope, and support go/no-go decision-making.
• Establish dashboards, risk registers, and communication rhythms for executive visibility.
• Manage customer-facing software escalations and track resolution status across teams.
• Optimize engineering operations by improving Jira workflows, bug triage, and dependency management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software project or program management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be residing within the United States.

Nice to have

• Software Engineering background.
• Experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) environments.
