Salary: $120,000–$136,000

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex CX AI enablement initiatives from strategy to global execution.
• Consult with CX leadership to prioritize AI initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and organizational goals.
• Design and facilitate AI training experiences, including interactive workshops and scalable self-serve modules.
• Partner with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to amplify customer-centric AI value narratives.
• Update AI engagement touchpoints within the CX Customer Journey to enhance consulting skills in the field.
• Leverage data and insights to track program performance and improve field readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in AI Enablement and curiosity about emerging AI tools to drive productivity.
• 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operational scaling in a SaaS environment.
• Expertise in developing structured, repeatable enablement driven by high-level strategic priorities.
• Experience in enablement program management with a focus on business analysis.
• Proven track record in change management and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Chicago to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
