TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (AI/SaaS): Generating new business opportunities for the Revenue AI platform with an accent on cold calling, email outreach, and discovery calls. Focus on managing a book of accounts and scaling a world-class sales development organization.
Location: Must be based in the NYC metro area and be able to work from the office 3x per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Salary: $90,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Generate awareness and interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach.
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Meet or exceed daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities.
- Strategically manage your own book of accounts.
- Provide feedback to managers and sales enablement to improve SDR efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to share and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Must be located in the NYC metro area within a commutable distance to the office.
- Ability to be in the office 3x per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
- Previous sales experience or a strong passion for sales leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of resilience and a growth-oriented player mindset.
- Strong work ethic and high level of coachability.
