Location: Must be based in New York City and work from the office Monday through Thursday
Salary: $160K – $180K + Equity

is building an AI-powered platform to automate and orchestrate clinical workflows in hospitals to reduce waste and improve throughput.
What you will do
- Act as the CRO’s operational partner and right hand, managing the GTM executive staff and operating cadence.
- Own the revenue forecast process, ensuring integrity and turning data into actionable decisions.
- Build an intelligent RevOps function that collects market signals and converts them into GTM actions.
- Lead a RevOps team, including Marketing Ops and a developer, to build AI-enabled workflows and internal tools.
- Manage the revenue technology stack, primarily Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or consulting.
- Strong fluency in Salesforce, including pipeline reporting, dashboards, and operational workflows.
- Proven track record of building AI tools for sales operations.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions and revenue metrics.
- Ability to work from the NYC office Monday through Thursday.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or healthcare sales.
- Background in managing technical RevOps resources or Marketing Operations.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, Clari, Tableau, or Zapier.
- Experience building executive operating cadences (QBRs, pipeline councils).
