Salary: $34 - $42 per hour

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for hardware issues, providing local and remote troubleshooting.
• Build, configure, and repair bespoke workstations and A/V hardware.
• Manage hardware assets from procurement through deployment and retirement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and technical documentation.
• Handle physical relocation of workstations, lab equipment, and servers.
• Provide white-glove service to VIP executives and studio visitors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of help desk support experience in a studio or enterprise environment.
• Expert knowledge of PC hardware architecture, workstation assembly, and repair.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 11 and basic TCP networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to physically lift and move computer equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux, Mac OS, or Windows Server 2022.
• Scripting skills in Python, SQL, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Familiarity with PS5 hardware and live streaming equipment.
• Passion for gaming.
