What you will do

• Lead the design, deployment, and operational support of Linux and Windows production platforms.
• Architect enterprise server hardware, including RAID, firmware lifecycles, diagnostics, and performance troubleshooting.
• Design and operate enterprise and distributed storage platforms such as Ceph, NFS-based NAS, and SAN architectures.
• Build and maintain high-availability, clustered, and load-balanced infrastructure.
• Own monitoring, alerting, observability, and dashboarding strategies for infrastructure platforms.
• Lead infrastructure incident response, review system designs, mentor administrators, and establish technical standards and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant enterprise IT experience in a senior or lead infrastructure role.
• Strong Linux and Windows administration and engineering experience in enterprise or production environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware, storage systems, virtualization, and performance-sensitive infrastructure; Ceph experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python and/or PowerShell, plus proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, observability, Grafana or equivalent tools, and leading or mentoring Systems Administrators.
