What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and operationalize studio systems and infrastructure across Windows, Linux, networking, storage, and SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Design and implement highly available, scalable infrastructure solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Respond to critical IT incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation plans.
• Build monitoring, automation, and diagnostic capabilities to improve response times and service reliability.
• Gather, validate, document, and manage requirements for IT projects throughout their full lifecycle.
• Create operational documentation, infrastructure diagrams, configuration guides, and repeatable build procedures.

Requirements

• Professional experience delivering infrastructure and systems administration projects from inception through completion.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server, with foundational Linux knowledge.
• Experience with systems and network troubleshooting, high-performance environments, and shared storage.
• Proficiency with scripting, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and experience with SAML and OIDC authentication protocols.
• Ability to work on-site in Bellevue 3–5 days per week and participate in on-call support as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, media, or entertainment.
• Familiarity with Okta.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
