What you will do

  • Convert inbound leads to active customers through value-based selling and charismatic communication.
  • Assist future customers in selecting the security systems and services best suited for their specific lifestyle needs.
  • Identify key customer insights to provide tailored recommendations for securing homes, families, and pets.
  • Perform essential customer follow-up activities, including managing quotes and information requests.
  • Accurately collect and input customer data for proper identification and system records.
  • Recommend special promotions and affiliated partner products to enhance customer security.

Requirements

  • Proven success in an inbound or outbound phone-based sales environment.
  • Must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, requiring fingerprinting and background checks via the Virginia DCJS.
  • Enhanced active listening skills to identify the best solutions for customers.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to provide technical assistance for consumer electronics.
  • Strong record of attendance and timeliness within a structured work environment.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
