What you will do

• Define and enforce cross-functional program governance structures and escalation paths.
• Manage enterprise tracking systems and dashboards to ensure a single source of truth for global updates.
• Quantify operational roadblocks using risk registers and build actionable mitigation playbooks.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives by applying systematic change management frameworks.
• Translate complex executive requirements into clear strategic metrics tied to company KPIs.
• Develop and mentor a small team to support the continuous growth of the corporate portfolio.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone)
• Proven experience directing large-scale corporate programs or enterprise portfolios in a SaaS organization.
• Advanced mastery of enterprise portfolio management tools like Monday.com.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and hold senior leaders accountable.
• Exceptional asynchronous leadership skills with a focus on documented, structured workflows.
