What you will do
- Define and enforce cross-functional program governance structures and escalation paths.
- Manage enterprise tracking systems and dashboards to ensure a single source of truth for global updates.
- Quantify operational roadblocks using risk registers and build actionable mitigation playbooks.
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives by applying systematic change management frameworks.
- Translate complex executive requirements into clear strategic metrics tied to company KPIs.
- Develop and mentor a small team to support the continuous growth of the corporate portfolio.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone)
- Proven experience directing large-scale corporate programs or enterprise portfolios in a SaaS organization.
- Advanced mastery of enterprise portfolio management tools like Monday.com.
- Active PMP or PgMP certification.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and hold senior leaders accountable.
- Exceptional asynchronous leadership skills with a focus on documented, structured workflows.
