What you will do

• Lead the execution of IT projects and programs from initiation through implementation across multiple lines of business.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to orchestrate end-to-end delivery.
• Act as a Business Analyst to gather requirements and resolve project ambiguities.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members in Agile and leadership practices.
• Publish project status reports and provide executive-level visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Columbus, OH.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership and IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a project/program manager role managing medium to large scale IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile software development environments.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or PfMP.
• Agile or Scrum certifications.
• 7+ years of program or portfolio-level delivery experience.
• 8+ years of IT project/program management experience specifically within a healthcare setting.
