What you will do

• Provide program-level leadership to cross-functional consulting teams and technical specialists.
• Design and oversee holistic engagement plans for high-impact business transformations.
• Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Manage project financials, including budget governance, risk management, and revenue optimization.
• Deliver data-driven performance insights through executive-level reporting and metrics.
• Foster trust and transparency with C-level stakeholders through strategic counsel.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of project leadership and 10+ years of experience in complex solution delivery or consulting.
• Domain expertise in Annuities, Life Insurance, and/or financial services.
• Proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel modeling, and PowerPoint storytelling.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Alpharetta, GA.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, matrixed environments with a solutions-oriented mindset.
