Salary: $140,500 – $165,000

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise-level programs spanning multiple regions, teams, and disciplines.
  • Establish program governance and define execution frameworks for critical technical work.
  • Manage program-level forecasting, margin strategy, and comprehensive financial risk mitigation.
  • Serve as a senior partner to executive stakeholders to influence decision-making and long-term strategy.
  • Oversee program performance, ensuring project alignment and risk management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive project, program, or enterprise delivery leadership experience.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-program, multi-region, or global delivery environments.
  • Experience in account-level and enterprise-level governance roles.
  • Must be based in the USA (Texas or Northern California).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.

Nice to have

  • PgMP or equivalent advanced certification.
  • Experience in AV, broadcast, media, or enterprise technology.
  • Executive leadership or program governance training.
