TL;DR

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Salary: $31 – $34.13 USD/hourly

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end purchase order and statement of work processes, including vendor onboarding and reconciliation.
  • Track budgets, spend, and forecasts across multiple projects and vendors to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of AI and innovation-focused initiatives, maintaining project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate across headquarters, regional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for projects, financials, and resources to provide executive-level insights.
  • Identify and drive process improvements across financial workflows and project tracking.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, or PMO roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial operations, including PO/SOW management and budget tracking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building reports, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, NY.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting AI, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Excel, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Background in internal communications or content creation.
  • Experience working in global organizations with cross-regional collaboration.
