What you will do

• Manage program strategy, budgets, costs, and creative direction for large, complex direct mail programs.
• Coordinate the production process by working directly with printers, mail shops, and the USPS.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients.
• Analyze response data and write final campaign reports.
• Draft comprehensive client reports and presentations to track financial goals.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of direct response fundraising experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to organize and expertly manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and maintain composure under pressure.
