What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer order process from entry to delivery and timely payment.
- Act as the primary interface between customers' purchasing groups and internal Program Quality functions.
- Monitor open order boards, escalate shortages, and coordinate part allocation against orders.
- Ensure contract compliance and resolve discrepancies in coordination with contract managers.
- Analyze and report internal supply metrics, including order fill rate, material availability, and on-time delivery (OTD).
- Develop strategic proposals to enhance service offerings and improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations with 3+ years of experience.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in relevant fields or 7+ years of experience in a supply chain or operations environment.
- Strong assertiveness in customer relations and professional communications.
Nice to have
- Experience with Infor VISUAL or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Background in shop floor control, purchasing, or supply chain design.
- Proven ability to manage and summarize large amounts of data.
- Experience managing stakeholder needs and expectations in cross-functional teams.
