Salary: $180,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Develop demand-to-supply alignment frameworks to translate capacity requirements into prioritized site specifications globally.
• Lead end-to-end program management for international data center expansion across EMEA, APAC, and emerging markets.
• Maintain integrated project plans, dependency maps, and risk registers to ensure leadership visibility into program health.
• Coordinate with the Due Diligence Team to align deal review timelines with intake and pipeline commitments.
• Run portfolio reviews and steering committees to align on program sequencing and market prioritization decisions.
• Manage direct reports responsible for tracking interdependencies between international and domestic development pipelines.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in program/operations management, strategy, or deal management within data centers or tech infrastructure.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
• Proven experience managing international expansion programs across multiple geographies, specifically EMEA and APAC.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to align C-suite and execution teams.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Airtable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Direct experience at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or data center developer leading international expansion.
• Familiarity with data center site selection, land acquisition, or lease execution processes.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Real Estate or Infrastructure.
• Fluency in one or more languages relevant to EMEA or APAC markets.
