What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs, processes, and policies.
• Conduct surveys and benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness in the AP region.
• Manage health programs, pensions, and country-specific policies across 7 Asia Pacific countries.
• Oversee operational C&B matters, including provider agreements and costs.
• Drive employee communication and maintain total rewards content on the company intranet.
• Generate data-driven reports and assist with special departmental projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in the high-tech or software industry.
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Workday experience preferred.
• Experience working within a global or matrix business environment.
• Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
