What you will do

  • Manage the full new business lifecycle from prospecting and qualifying to contracting.
  • Prioritize warm leads and maintain a high-velocity sales motion within a named account list.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations for key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to refine AI solutions for SMB needs.
  • Develop sales tactics, collateral, and messaging to improve team performance and value proposition.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions using consultative, value-based methodologies.
  • Ability to independently lead multi-threaded sales cycles and manage a pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its potential applications in knowledge work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and accurately forecasting sales performance.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the EMEA region.
