TL;DR

Account Executive (Conversational AI): Building and managing a portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI with an accent on user engagement, automation, and cost efficiency. Location: Remote-first within the Benelux region (must operate in GMT+2 timezone), or office-based in Dublin or London

What you will do

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI
  • Identify new business opportunities where AI can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
  • Develop a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including use cases and emerging trends
  • Partner with organizations to generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale
  • Demonstrate how voice technology unlocks value across customer support and virtual agents

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in English and Dutch with a deep understanding of regional nuances
  • Ability to operate in the GMT+2 timezone
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus
