What you will do

• Manage sample orders, track inbound status, and coordinate logistics for the sales force and media.
• Curate and maintain product assortments based on market trends, color theory, and regional needs.
• Conduct product analysis and market research to identify gaps and opportunities in the apparel line.
• Prepare presentation materials and coordinate logistics for seasonal launch content, catalogs, and meetings.
• Act as a liaison between sales and marketing to ensure data accuracy across databases and folders.
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze sales data to inform merchandising decisions.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in marketing, product, or merchandising.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ogden, UT (Hybrid).
• Experience in the lifestyle, outdoor, or athletic industry (softgoods) preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of apparel industry trend insights.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
