TL;DR

Product Manager (eCommerce): Owning and evolving core platforms that power the digital consumer experience across web and app in the US and Canada with an accent on search, recommendations, and product data. Focus on ensuring site systems are reliable and scalable while translating complex business needs into a clear product roadmap.

Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to the Atlanta office as needed

Salary: $115K - $120K

What you will do

  • Own and evolve core platforms powering the digital experience, including search, recommendations, product data, and merchandising rules.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Engineering, and UX stakeholders to identify scalability needs and improve platform efficiency.
  • Define success metrics and reporting frameworks to continuously optimize site system capabilities.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into a clear, actionable product direction.
  • Manage the near-term roadmap, including backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, and delivery monitoring.
  • Evaluate and pilot vendor opportunities to determine the adoption of new capabilities within the broader roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering business value.
  • Demonstrated history of using quantitative and qualitative data to drive product roadmaps.
  • Experience with digital product tools such as Confluence, Jira, Adobe Analytics, and Figma.
  • Ability to create detailed technical and functional requirements for development teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with an understanding of frontend, backend, and platform integration.
  • Occasional travel to the Atlanta office is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a comparable eCommerce platform.
  • 4-year degree.
