What you will do

• Conduct structured customer discovery, interviews, and signal analysis to validate new capabilities.
• Monitor platform updates and ecosystem shifts across programmatic, retail media, and social commerce.
• Synthesize feedback from CS, Sales, and Support into structured summaries for Product and TPM teams.
• Own the product narrative for ecosystem partner conversations and industry touchpoints.
• Collaborate with PMM to integrate real-world industry context into GTM materials.
• Manage the routing and resolution of external product requests across functions.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of total professional experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in product management.
• 2–3+ years in product strategy, product marketing, or growth-adjacent functions.
• Experience conducting structured customer interviews and organizing feedback.
• Exposure to GTM launch coordination for software or platform products.
• Must be based in the US.
